In Belarus in February 2019 of the year, the project of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-Border Cooperation Program was launched (https://www.eni-cbc.eu/llb/ru/) under the European Neighborhood Instrument on 2014-2020 gg. ENI-LLB-1-117 «Green Agriculture without borders". Project registration number in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus № 2/18/000938. Duration of the project is 2 of the year.
The amount of funding for the project by the European Union is 298463,11 euro (724071,50 Belarusian rubles).
The strategic objective of the Program is to strengthen cooperation, increasing the capacity and experience exchange between people and organizations through joint action, aimed at improving the overall quality of life in border regions. The project "Green Agriculture without borders" appropriate software thematic tasks "Promoting social inclusion and combating poverty". The aim of the project is to create opportunities for employment in rural areas, improving the entrepreneurial potential of farms and the development of cooperation in the field of organic agriculture in cross-border regions of Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus.
