Summing up the results of the Fourth Festival of Rural Business
"The local economy ' – 2020 in Kolodishi
25 July 2020 g. on-site business incubator JSC "MAP ZAO" Minsk district (ah.Kolodyschy, str. Minsk, 5) took place Festival of rural business in Belarus "The local economy '.
The coordinator of the project “Green Agriculture Without Borders” of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-Border Cooperation Program of the European Neighborhood Instrument addressed the participants and guests of the Festival with a welcoming speech at 2014-2020 gg. № ENI-LLB-1-117, funded by the European Union, Galina Matyushenko and assistant project coordinator, Director of the Local Fund for Sustainable Development "Innovations for Regions" Minsk District Marina Naidovich.
G. Matyushenko noted, that the Festival is being held within the framework of the project "Green Agriculture without Borders" of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-Border Cooperation Program of the European Neighborhood Instrument at 2014-2020 gg. № ENI-LLB-1-117, funded by the European Union.
The main goal of the Festival – promoting entrepreneurship and employment in organic agriculture, development of infrastructure to support organic agricultural producers, informing the population and promoting healthy food products for local farmers and private farmers in Belarus.
Marina Naidovich reported, that today within the framework of the Festival there will be a thematic discussion at the Center for Green Agriculture "Opportunities for certification of organic products in Belarus", during which you can get expert advice.
A presentation on certification of organic products in the Republic of Belarus is also planned., which will be presented by Alexander Alexandrovich Sadovsky, candidate of technical sciences, expert - auditor, head of certification department, metrology and quality systems RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus".
I noticed that, that due to the prevailing epidemiological situation, the organizers provide all participants, selling their products, protective masks and antiseptic agents.
A few words about our participants of the Festival ...
Mikhail and Natalia Lukashenya ("Live food") offered guests
and customers unique health products based on pine nuts: natural cosmetics, oils, cosmetic creams.
For the needs of its production, raw materials are purchased from trusted Buryat suppliers.
Tamara Vasilievna Vasilieva (LPH "EcoOgorod") - the most active participant in the project, which annually takes part in the Festival. Introduced seasonal vegetables and fruits of various types and varieties, greenery: onions of different varieties, garlic, parsley, dill, salads, berries: gooseberry, black currant, raspberry.
Ekaterina Tishuk (farm "Important bird") - is engaged in quail breeding, produces fresh, pickled
and smoked quail egg, chilled and marinated meat, and also make sauce and Italian pasta based on quail eggs, sourdough bread and pastries.
Pavel Matveev (EKodelikates LLC) took part in our Festival for the first time. Pavel presented his products, which they produce by hand, namely: sausage, dried meat products, fat, dumplings, dumplings and other products. All products are phosphate-free, without flavor enhancers, without stabilizers, and without any dyes or harmful additives.
Within the framework of the Festival, the Center for Green Agriculture hosted a thematic discussion on the topic "Opportunities for certification of organic products in Belarus" and a presentation on: "Certification of organic products in the Republic of Belarus".
Participants had the opportunity to get advice from a competent expert - Alexander Alexandrovich Sadovsky – candidate of technical sciences, expert - auditor, head of certification department, metrology and quality systems RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus".
On the main stage of the Festival, the creative teams of the Kolodishchansky Palace of Culture performed: ensemble "Volnitsa", choreographic group "Sandbox", musical theater "Nadezhda", group "PARTY", and special guests of the Festival: Bagpipe Club (Minsk), vocal studio "Consonance".
All participants of the Festival of Rural Business "Tuteishaya Gaspadarka" - 2020 received certificates from the organizers of the Festival.
