Yury Viktorovich Konovalov, Deputy Head of the Tax Inspectorate for the Minsk Region, spoke at the seminar program on the topic “The procedure for taxing businesses in rural areas, taking into account changes in tax legislation”. The speaker drew attention to the need for a cash register for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regarding the sale of agricultural products in the markets, in shopping malls. Resolution of the Council of Ministers and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated 06.07.2011 № 924/16 "On the use of cash and other equipment when accepting means of payment" applies exclusively to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Head of the Department of Sports and Tourism of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Larisa Efimovna Kireeva spoke on the topic “Necessary conditions for registering agro-eco-estates and obtaining bank loans”. Currently registered in the Minsk region 263 agro-eco-estates. Registration has a declarative principle. Fee from agricultural estates is from 2022 of the year 31 ruble per month.
