In particular, in the production of organic products is prohibited:

- use of ionizing radiation.

If there is a certificate of conformity of the National System of Conformity Confirmation of the Republic of Belarus, issued in respect of organic products and processes of production under the voluntary certification, jur- and physical persons included in the register of organic producers. The registry will be posted on the official website of the State Committee for Standardization.
Besides, organic producers have the right to put the sign "organic product" on the consumer packaging or transport. The main provisions of the Act come into force one year after its official publication
