In Belarus 2019 was launched draft Program Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus cross-border cooperation in the framework of the European Neighborhood Instrument to 2014-2020 gg. ENI-LLB-1-117 «Green Agriculture without borders".

The Belarusian side is the local partner of the Sustainable Development Fund "Innovation for Regions" (ad. Kolodyschy, Minsk rn), Foundation Director Marina Naydovych.
