Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, Institution "Center for Environmental Solutions" and the establishment of "AgroEkoKultura" with the support of Coalition Clean Baltic 3 December 2019 at Minsk International Educational Center named after Johannes Rau (g. Minsk, etc. Pravda newspaper, 11) spend the 7th International Conference on Organic Agriculture.
The purpose of the conference - to ensure an effective international platform for cooperation, together experts from national and international organizations, scientific and educational institutions and governments to solve regional problems in the development of organic production. During the conference, participants will exchange views and personal experiences, that will help to develop in the field of organic agriculture proposals on topical policy issues.
To participate in the conference are invited domestic and foreign representatives of the agricultural sector, public authorities, certification bodies, research institutes, colleges and universities, agricultural profile, practicing farmers, representatives of public organizations and other stakeholders.
Considered Conference questions:
- state of organic agriculture in Belarus;
- primary processing organic material;
- perspective directions of development of OA in Belarus (cultivation of flax, ovcevodstvo, pisciculture);
- food safety: global trends and drivers of the second goal of sustainable development and the elimination of "hidden hunger".
