Educational institutions of Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus within the framework of the "Bell to start business" project ("Call to start a business") of the European Union program "Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus 2014-2020" a consolidated report has been prepared and published "Business textbook".

The survey was conducted in July - September 2020 years in Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus among people, who started their business at a pre-retirement age (at the age of fifty or more). Total respondents took part in the survey 30 people from areas such as Zemgale region (Latvia), Panevezys district (Lithuania), Minsk Region (Belarus).

The purpose of the survey is to collect and process information about the experience, needs, problems, sensations, expectations, challenges, the achievements and hopes of entrepreneurs and the presentation of examples of best practice.

The document includes an analytical part, a brief description of the history of business entrepreneurs and the results of the study.

The analytical part allows you to assess the opinions of survey participants across their region and the entire program as a whole, conduct a comparative analysis and identify common aspects, differences in starting a business and its further development by representatives of the target audience.

The results of the study provide illustrative examples and serve as a motivation factor for involving people of pre-retirement age in the business environment., and also let them understand, what needs to be done to organize and run your own business.
