A competition has been opened to conduct online training on innovative approaches to eco-entrepreneurial activities in berry farming and marketing of its products
The Local Fund for Rural Development within the framework of the implementation of the International Technical Assistance Project “Landscape-oriented development of rural areas of the Yaselda River Valley with the participation of the local population” announces open tender for the provision of services for the organization and conduct two-day online training on innovative approaches to eco-entrepreneurship in berry farming and marketing of its products. Experts are invited to conduct training on a competitive basis, as well as specialists, experienced in the field.
Target audience and geography of training participants: The training is conducted for local communities, representing the project areas of Berezovsky, Ivanovsky and Drogichinsky districts of the Brest region.
Training format: training is carried out remotely using the Zoom online platform (access link must be sent to registered members). The training format involves a combination of webinars, video tutorials (video recordings), group chat, business games, questionnaires and other forms of remote work, providing effective training of participants and feedback with them in the Internet space. Entrepreneurs and representatives of various structures can also be invited to participate in the training as speakers / experts., including at the level of the involved districts, who have experience in entrepreneurship in berry farming.
Duration of training: cumulative duration of the training - 2 working days or 16 hours including breaks and connections. The training can be conducted in the form of webinars (not less 2 time, and not less than 4 o'clock), and also by supplementing them with video materials (video tutorials for self-study), recorded by the coach (no more 8 hours).
